The 3rd RSU National and International Research Conference on Science and Technology, Social Science, and Humanities 2018. (RSUSSH 2018)

Session 1.1 Biomedical Engineering for Aging Society
The conference will be held at the STUDENT CENTER BUILDING, RANGSIT UNIVERSITY, THAILAND on 4th MAY 2018.

On December 6-7, 2017

Dr. Sani Boonyagul, The Director of Master Degree Program in Biomedical Engineering, visited Chiba University with faculty’s delegates and Director of International Affair Office, Rangsit University. The main objective of this visiting was to strengthen further academic/ research collaboration and student exchange project.

The visiting programs included

- The Center for Frontier Medical Engineering on December 6th, 2017. Prof. Hideaki Haneishi, the Director, gave the warm welcome and took delegates to the laboratory tour.

- On December 7th, 2017 went to visit Thermography lab of Prof. Masahiro Kakei.

With these events, the possibilities on research collaboration and students/staff exchange topics were also discussed and the actual plan will be initiated in the near future.

Biomedical Engineering Originally taught at the curriculum level under the Bachelor of Science Program. Major in Biomedical Equipment Subsequently, the course was renamed as Biomedical Engineering. Faculty of Biomedical Engineering.

KNOWLEGDES

Medical Device and Clinical Research Unit It is a research laboratory that brings the knowledge of biomedical engineering to the hospital where the science must be integrated into the multidisciplinary work in various fields.
